The Nintendo Wii U's tech specs include an IBM PowerPC "Espresso" tri-core CPU, an AMD Radeon-based GPU with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 32MB of embedded eDRAM, internal flash storage (8GB or 32GB depending on the model), and a proprietary 25GB optical disc format.
