Players assume the role of the “Hero Boy,” following a storyline that largely mirrors the Polar Express film. The journey begins aboard the magical train bound for the North Pole. A darker twist than the film: the Ebenezer Scrooge puppet serves as the primary antagonist, stealing tickets and attempting to derail the children's belief in Santa.
