MediEvil is an action-adventure hack-and-slash game originally released on October 25, 1998, and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. Players control Sir Daniel Fortesque, a skeletal knight resurrected to save the kingdom of Gallowmere from the evil sorcerer Zarok. The game features atmospheric levels, combat, puzzles, and a darkly comedic tone.
