Set 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, the fully functioning dinosaur theme park Jurassic World now operates on Isla Nublar. When genetic engineers create a new hybrid dinosaur, the Indominus Rex, it escapes containment, leading to chaos across the island. Ex-soldier and animal trainer Owen Grady and park operations manager Claire Dearing must race to protect the visitors and restore order.
