GameCube

  • The Nintendo GameCube features a custom IBM PowerPC "Gekko" CPU at 485 MHz, an ATI "Flipper" GPU at 162 MHz, and 24 MB of main 1T-SRAM and 3 MB of embedded 1T-SRAM for memory, providing a total of 40 MB of RAM. The console also includes 16 MB of auxiliary DRAM for the ARAM (Audio RAM) and DVD functions. It features 24-bit color depth with a Z-buffer, and 480p resolution capabilities, supporting complex graphics features like fog, hardware lights, and various filtering methods.
