Based on the true events of the 1996 Mount Everest disaster, the film follows two expedition groups led by Rob Hall and Scott Fischer as they attempt to reach the summit. When an unexpected and deadly storm strikes, the climbers are pushed beyond their limits in a desperate struggle for survival against nature’s most unforgiving forces.
