Disney’s Hercules (also known as Disney’s Action Game Featuring Hercules) is an action-platformer developed by Eurocom and published by Disney Interactive Studios on July 31, 1997. Based on Disney’s animated film Hercules, the game follows the demigod hero as he trains under Philoctetes and battles mythological foes—including Hades and the Titans—to earn his place among the gods. Combining side-scrolling and 3D-style levels, players jump, fight, and dodge through beautifully animated environments inspired by the movie. Praised for its visuals, humor, and voice acting from the film’s cast, Disney’s Hercules remains one of the most beloved Disney games of the PlayStation era.
