After his son Nemo is captured by a diver and placed in a fish tank, an overprotective clownfish named Marlin sets out on an epic journey across the ocean to rescue him. With the help of Dory, a forgetful yet optimistic blue tang, Marlin faces oceanic dangers and discovers that letting go is part of growing up.
